The applicant must: 1) qualify for and receive Homestead Exemption 2) be quadriplegic |
Documentation: |
1) Physician's Certification of Total and Permanent Disability from two unrelated licensed Florida physicians (DR-416) - OR - 2) Proof of total and permanent disability from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs |
How to Renew: |
If approved, this exemption will renew automatically every year as long as the use of the property and/or the ownership status does not change. |
