Other Exemptions Tab > Widow/Widower

The Widows page is associated with the Other Exemptions Tab.  This page allows the user to apply for the widow(er) exemption.  

1.Would you like to apply for the Widow's exemption (Female)?*:  Choose Yes or No.  (Selecting "Yes" will prompt the wizard to ask the applicant to provide a copy of the spouse's death certificate.)

2.Would you like to apply for the Widower's exemption (Male)?*:  Choose Yes or No.  (Selecting "Yes" will prompt the wizard to ask the applicant to provide a copy of the spouse's death certificate.)

Upload a copy of the spouse's death certificate.

NOTE(S):  

•  You can only upload one image (.jpeg, .bmp, .png, etc.) or pdf file for each document requested.

•  To replace an uploaded document, browse for the new file and once selected, it will replace the original document.
